Viktor Velev

Viktor Velev has over 23 years of experience in managing the construction of strategic infrastructure projects in Bulgaria and the Balkans. He holds master’s degrees in public administration and law. He has extensive experience in managing and coordinating diverse technical, engineering and administrative teams. His expertise in the field of large-scale construction includes comprehensive process management – from planning, through resource provision, including logistical, technical and financial support, to control over the implementation of large-scale projects.

Viktor Velev leads the strategic business development of the company and its operation in international markets.
