Third-class road III-1084 Starchevo – Karnalovo – Pervomai passes through the villages of Starchevo, Karnalovo, Mihnevo, Kavrakirvo, Pervomai and is the only road connection for these settlements, which are home to over 10,000 people. The road is an important route to the “Zlatarevo” border crossing point.
