Rehabilitation of the Kazachevo – Stefanovo – Debnevo – Velchevo road.
The total length of the route is 20 km.
The road is class III, with a design speed of 40 km/h and 50 km/h, a road surface width of 6 m, and shoulders of 2 x 1 m. Preliminary and local repairs were made to the pavement, and levelling layers of loose asphalt concrete and a type “A” wearing course were laid.
All small structures – culverts and retaining walls – were repaired. New pipe gutters were built. The longitudinal drainage ditches were cleaned and restored.
Five road bridges were rehabilitated – replacement of waterproofing, repair of sidewalk consoles, railings, etc.
A new single steel safety fence has been installed where necessary and the existing concrete curbs have been replaced with new ones.
Medium-voltage power lines have been reconstructed.
